During this Pitch & Match session, several projects will share their approach, insights, results, and dilemmas, with a central focus on Digital and hybrid care within mental healthcare. Project leaders will pitch their projects and engage in a discussion with the audience about opportunities, and pitfalls of research in this field. Together, they will explore new ideas, practical solutions, and opportunities for collaboration. This dynamic and interactive session will bring knowledge to life and help projects further increase their impact.

• A digital platform that helps adults with mental health concerns find appropriate care
